In order to provide the best possible service, we invest heavily in the development and training of our award-winning staff. We currently employ 7 Technicians at who hold a Level 3 IMI Diploma or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Principles.
In addition, 6 of those Technicians are also qualified MOT testers. We have also have Technicians who are IMI Level 3 qualified in Auto Refrigerant Handling and Air Conditioning System Diagnostics.
Furthermore, as hybrid and electric vehicles are becoming more readily available, our team have begun to diversity and 3 employees currently hold a Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Systems qualification, with a fourth working towards one. This is vital to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers.
In line with recent developments in car safety systems, 4 of our team hold recognised qualifications in ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and all our workshop team are qualified in Advanced DPF Diagnostics.
Carmaster is home to previous winners of National Honda Technician of the Year and Apprentice of the Year alongside finalists in competitions such as International European Honda Technician of the Year, Bright Spark of the Year and National Technician of the Year.
As we strive to provide the very best in advice and customer care, our Reception team are not left out. Most recently, they have also received Advanced DPF Diagnostics training alongside Level 3 qualifications in First Aid at Work.
Finally, we are passionate about the development of young people in our industry and as a result, have supported the development of one of our Technicians from Apprentice to Level 3 during the time that he has been with us. We currently employ another Apprentice who is working towards the same qualifications.
